Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates, PC (TCBA or the Firm), is a full-service professional services firm that provides accounting, audit and assurance, information systems technology, financial consulting and advisory services, management consulting and income tax services. Founded in 1983, the firm is headquartered in Washington, DC and has six local offices in Bowie, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Hartford, Connecticut; Atlanta, Georgia; and Torrance, California.

As a result of our diverse experience in working with Federal, state and local government agencies, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, quasi-government corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofit organizations and trade associations, the Firm has a keen understanding of the three primary needs of its diverse clientele: Management, Markets and Money (the 3 Ms). Therefore, TCBA is highly focused on value-added services in the areas of revenue enhancement, cost containment, profit maximization, accountability, financial management, and technology enhancement.

The Firm is structured into five divisions to provide a wide variety of financial consulting, management consulting, auditing, assurance and accounting, tax and information systems services to large corporations, real estate entities, financial institutions, financial service companies, medium-sized corporations, government contractors, nonprofit organizations, and Federal, state and local government agencies.

The Firm’s mangement team consists of the three named partners and 17 principals and directors with support from a cadre of more than 200 managerial, supervisory and professional staff, many of whom are CPAs, CFEs, and CISAs with advanced degrees. Our professionals have extensive experience in management and financial consulting, information systems technology, real estate, asset securitizations, healthcare consulting, economic development consulting, accounting, auditing, tax, business process reengineering, outsourcing, and facilities management.
